Overall Thoughts and Rating

Overall, I really enjoyed this cider. Its light body and dryness made it easy to drink; unlike heavier sweet ciders, it didn’t leave me feeling full. It is quite acidic, which although I enjoyed, might not be everyone’s cup of tea. That said, I imagine its acidity would make it pair nicely with a sharp cheese, such as aged cheddar.

Overall, I think that Seattle Cider’s Dry was pretty good. I liked the tart apple mixed with the subtle honey flavor. Although, I will say the acidity on this one was pretty high at times, especially in the aftertaste. In saying that, I think this is another solid choice if you are looking for a good dry cider. Bonus if you are pairing it with a cheese platter.
